The process of private label production:
Market research:
Do you have an idea that you would like to implement? Starting from 300 liters of chemicals or small quantities, such as napkins with your own label/name, we will create your line. We charge 150 euros for market research or product selection. With your first order, you will then receive a credit of 100 euros.
The right product:
Send us all the data you have about the desired product so that we have a direction to work in. Before production starts, we will of course send you samples (if possible, sometimes we can only send a quality sample without printing for items like napkins and then a digital example), so you can test the quality and your own product before we begin production.
Labeling & packaging:
Every product naturally comes with its own label. We offer various packaging and labels to ensure that your product is created correctly with the right label. We can offer laser printing, flexo printing, and many other options for you. You can either provide us with a label, supply the design, or we can take care of the design (for a small design surcharge of 3%). Before we start printing, we will discuss everything to ensure that it complies with EU regulations. Packaging is available in many shapes and sizes, from a pallet, smallest boxes to small bottles – everything is possible!
Minimum order quantities:
We offer chemicals starting from a small quantity of 300 liters. This makes us one of the few providers with such low minimum order quantities for private label. Don't worry, this won't make the purchase more expensive. We offer flexibility and a manageable risk for you. From our own experience, this is a plus, as we never know if a product will sell well immediately. This way, you are secured and the investment amount remains manageable.
Processing and Delivery:
Once everything is done and you are satisfied with the samples and your design, we will start production. We usually deliver DAP for chemicals and hygiene paper, while napkins are often delivered DPU free of charge. The order must be paid in advance before production. After payment is received, we will begin production. The production of chemicals usually takes about 10-16 days after the order is received. Napkins and bath cosmetics often take between 6-8 weeks.
Customer Inventory:
After you have approved your first order, we will now manage your orders and production. We will coordinate the orders together with you. You will always know what is being produced and how long it will take. Should special circumstances arise, such as holidays at the factory, we will inform you so that you are always secured. Your next orders will run smoothly. You won't have to worry about anything else. We have everything from you in stock. A simple "I would like to reorder item XXX" is enough for us.
